Community Rail Week at Crewe Station

Community Rail Week at Crewe Station

May 2023

NSCRP had a stand at Crewe Station for 3 days in May as part of the national Community Rail Week.  The aim was to talk to passengers and to promote our routes and the visitor attractions they serve.  Claire was supported by volunteers, Kath, Eve and Sue.  We had 164 people participate in our Treasure Map competition to find three hidden rail cards.  And the winners were …

Ann Rowson won a Senior Railcard (hidden in Hay-on-Wye)

George Goodwin won a Family and Friends Railcard (hidden in Fishguard)

Jane Keal won a 26 – 30 Railcard (hidden in Southport)
