Another tired looking mural was replaced this year. A much smaller affair than Uttoxeter, we decided to tackle it ourselves using some bright colours left over from the Longton bottle kiln project. With station adopters, Jan, John, Gil, Wendy and Carol we scraped off the old paint and applied new in a style Piet Mondrian would be proud of. Finally, we applied weather proof varnish and two small notices to point toward the new passenger lifts.
