Stone Rails to Trails Walk

Stone Rails to Trails Walk

Wednesday, 13th March 2024 at 12:00

Join us at Stone Railway Station for a free guided walk of the beautiful historic town of Stone. The walk will take approximately one and a quarter hours and will follow a route that takes attendees through the Town’s High Street and along the Trent and Mersey Canal.

Although the walk is free to attend places are limited and tickets should be booked in advance. Book your place on Eventbrite.

A Community Open Day is being held in the Station Building on the day of the Trail, from 10am to 1pm. Please do drop in and join us for free refreshments between 10am and 12pm provided by Futures2Gether, hands-on activities with the Bumblebee Conservation Trust, poetry readings from pupils at St Dominic’s Priory School and defibrillator demonstrations with AEDdonate. There will also be information on the projects delivered and an opportunity for you to get involved by voting for your favourite planting design!
